A $500,000 minimum investment in the Income Fund earns an 10% annual preferred return. If the monthly payment option is selected, the investor would receive $50,000 in interest each year—monthly payments of $4,166.67 each month. The principal is preserved through the required three-year hold period and may remain invested indefinitely, as the Income Fund is evergreen.
